Discretionary Mandate
With an asset management mandate, you give us the discretion to manage your investments based on a mutually agreed Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
You benefit from our diligent expertise, foresight and discretion.
The asset management mandate is a limited power of attorney over your investment portfolio.
This allows us to carry out trading transactions within the specified investment policy,
but the ownership of the assets remain with the account holder.
To emphasize our independence we do not engage in retrocessions (kick-backs).
Custodian Bank
As a bank-independent firm we work together with the custodian bank of your choice. The custodian bank acts as a 'storage place' for your
assets and takes control over the administration and performance measurement of the account.
Our main custodian is Swissquote Bank, as their lean structure perfectly fits our low cost asset management philosophy.
The account-keeping at Swissquote is free of charge, the custody fee is 0.10% per annum (max CHF 200).
